The body is an interesting thing. My view on it is holistic, I see it as one unit. My teaching is about understanding the body and its movements through the studies and practice of yoga, anatomy, and kinesiology. I believe physical practice should be individually tailored to the person and the body that performs it, not the other way around. The aim is to enjoy the body that we live with every day. I want my classes and workshops to be a place where body and spirit are nourished and strengthened, and I hope to inspire through the joy of movement.

For the last 10 years I have been working with yoga and movement training, most recently as one of the head teachers at the yoga teacher trainings at The Nordic Yoga Institute. I'm also part of team Yogobe where I teach online classes and contribute with content on related topics. As a yoga teacher my greatest joy is leading teacher trainings, courses, and workshops.

As you might have guessed already, I’m kind of a nerd when it comes to health education. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health from Karolinska Institutet in Stockholm and I’m currently studying a Master’s degree in Health Science at Stockholm University. I’ve also studied movement analysis and kinesiology at an advanced university level, most currently at Karolinska Institutet and GIH.

I am ERYT-200 & RYT-500 certified in Virya Yoga, a licensed Personal Trainer and FRC™ Mobility Specialist.

Most of all I’m passionate about learning, practicing, and sharing the insights.

My movement philosophy is about quality. How to move with awareness, strength, and softness - all at the same time. It doesn’t mean that you have to be good at something from the beginning. That’s the thing, that movement quality is about evolving and progressing. We all start somewhere. It’s an ever ongoing process, you just have do the work.

Traveling has become a lifestyle I greatly appreciate. My base is in Sweden, and my work takes me to many other countries around the world. I have over a decade of experience as a trainer and educator in many different concepts and styles. It’s with a great passion for movement and strength that I always aim to challenge myself and my clients with new ways to move and evolve.

I’m a 500hrs certified yoga teacher and have a background in Sports Science and Physical Therapy. I teach regularly classes at SATS and Yogayama in Stockholm. I am always hungry for more knowledge and education to keep me up to date with the latest science and trends.
